A NOTE FROM OUR HEAD OF TRAINING
Training That Works in the Real World
Our Chief Operating Officer and Head of Training, Danny Button, is directly involved in discussing client requirements as well as delivering training. Before moving into training, Danny served with the Metropolitan Police. That experience gave him first-hand insight into emergency response and the pressure people can experience when situations develop quickly. His approach is simple: the training discussed with the client should be the training learners actually receive.
“I want learners to leave understanding not only what they should do, but feeling more confident about putting those skills into practice if they are ever needed.”
Danny Button
